Meet Andrea Carter

My name is Andrea Carter, Licensed Realtor and Transaction Manager for the Perlow Home Team. I’m from Baltimore County and currently live in the Mount Washington area.

After college, I began my real estate career working for a title insurance company and remained in that part of the real estate industry for several years. I later ransitioned into a different side of the real estate transaction in a new role as the Transaction Manager for the Perlow Home Team.

As Transaction Manager for the Team, my goal for every transaction is to make sure that our clients know that they are in good hands and that they are valued. This is accomplished through clear communication and responsiveness. It’s important to me to make sure that the home buying or home selling process is a success and to ensure that the process of getting to the settlement table goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I take pride in providing the highest level of customer care to our clients.
